My name is Grace Doxey and it is my dream to create interiors that feel alive. I'm hardworking and thrive in any environment. I'm always wanting to learn more and aim one day to design commercial and hotel spaces. I love biophilic design, so the project in the images for a wilderness school was a lot of fun for me.

I'm Oluhle Zulu, an interior design student with skills within AutoCAD, Revit, and D5. I am passionate about creating spaces that reflect people—who they are, what they represent, and how they live. My design style primarily focuses on minimalism and biophilia, clean, natural, and timeless. I aim to grow within the space and to create spaces that represent people and that visually showcase them.

I am a detail-oriented Interior Design student with skills in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Twinmotion, and Photoshop, whose passion is creating spaces that blend sophisticated minimalism, sustainability, and deep narratives. My work balances contrast, elegance, and natural calm to form timeless, tactile environments where every surface, including the ceiling as the fifth wall, contributes to a cohesive design story. My name is Shannon Aitken, and as well as being an interior design student at Vega Durban, I am also the creator of Whim Design Studios – my own personal brand inspired by the wildflower. I always strive to push the boundaries, bend the rules and design outside the box through all my projects, in all areas of design. Welcome to the whimsical side of life! To Embrace With Grace, my interior design design philosophy revolves around empathy and human connection. I am studying Interior Design at Vega School Durban, and for me, design is about composing beautiful places “IN ADDITION” to reading and influencing people's positive feelings, behaviors, and interactions towards one another. Eagerly intrigued by the psychology of the individuals and their history, my practice is driven by a desire to design spaces that promote comfort, emotional well-being, and a sense of belonging.

I'm Tayla, a passionate and creative Interior Design Student at Vega, pursuing my Bachelor of Arts Degree, and going on to study Honours in Interior Design in 2026, as well. With a REALLY big love for colour, pattern and transformative spaces, I'm driven to bring innovative ideas to life.
